Er is reeds een onherroepelijk bestemmingsplan uit 2017 wat de bouw van 12 woningen mogelijk maakt. Er dienen 12 woningen te worden realiseert. Vrij op naam prijs per woning: • Minimaal 4 starterswoningen V.O.N. prijs € 250.000, -; • Minimaal 4 starterswoningen V.O.N. prijs € 300.000, -; • Overige 4 woningen voor doorstromers zijn in V.O.N. prijs vrij aan de ontwikkelaar.
