Description
Op grond van de Wmo 2015 kunnen Woningaanpassingen en Trapliften worden verstrekt aan een Cliënt waarmee deze in staat wordt gesteld tot zelfredzaamheid of participatie en het zo lang mogelijk in de eigen leefomgeving blijven. Deze Woningaanpassingen kunnen variëren van de verwijdering van drempels tot de plaatsing van een Traplift of een badkameraanpassing. Woningaanpassingen of Trapliften kunnen gemeentelijk worden toegekend wanneer de aanvrager de belemmeringen niet op eigen kracht kan oplossen.
