Description
De gemeenten Edam-Volendam, Landsmeer, Oostzaan, Purmerend, Waterland, Wormerland en Zaanstad, die samen de regio Zaanstreek-Waterland vormen, hebben besloten om de maatschappelijke ondersteuning oftewel Wmo maatwerk voor de periode 2026-2031 samen in te kopen. Het gaat om huishoudelijke ondersteuning, individuele begeleiding, dagbesteding, respijtzorg en kortdurend verblijf (logeren met nachtzorg).
