De Opdracht bestaat uit: • Voor alle nieuwe aangevraagde Wmo-hulpmiddelen (kernassortiment en buiten-kernassortiment) vanaf 1 april 2025: o passing en selectie o Levering o service na Levering o onderhoud en reparatie inclusief herstel schade o inname • Het verplicht overnemen van de uitstaande Wmo-hulpmiddelen van de huidige leverancier binnen uiterlijk 3,5 jaar na aanvang van de overeenkomst.
