Deze vooraankondiging is bedoeld om gegadigden uit te nodigen voor de informatiebijeenkomst. Zie uitnodiging informatiebijeenkomst in de bijlage. Het omruilen van een witgoed apparaat voor burgers in Weststellingwerf welke energietoeslag hebben ontvangen. Na het bezoek van een energiecoach en het daaropvolgende advies, kan de burger d.m.v. het inleveren van een voucher een nieuw witgoed apparaat uitkiezen bij één van de gecontracteerde leveranciers. De totale waarde van de witgoedwissel is circa €480,000 euro.
