Die ausgeschriebenen Leistungen dienen der Wirkungskontrolle von Revitalisierungen im Kanton Bern, gemäss den Vorgaben der Praxishilfe des Bundesamtes für Umwelt (BAFU) sowie den Vorgaben des Renaturierungsfonds (RenF) des Kantons Bern. Das entsprechende Pflichtenheft ist im Teil II der Unterlagen zu finden. Der Auftrag beinhaltete die Wirkungskontrollen an gesamthaft 14 Projekten. Es sind dies 3 Standard Vorher, 7 Standard Nachher_1 und 4 Vertieft Projekte.
