Hankinnan kohteeseen kuuluu -Windows-kannettavat tietokoneet -Windows-pöytäkoneet -näytöt -kannettavien laitteiden telakointiasemat -oheistulostimet -muut oheislaitteet (esim. web-kamerat, näppäimistöt, hiiret, viivakoodinlukijat, tarratulostimet, scannerit) Lisäksi hankintaan kuuluu edellä mainittuihin liittyvät tarvikkeet sekä liitteessä "Sopimukseen kuuluvat tuotteet ja palvelut" mainitut palvelut. Tarvikkeisiin kuuluvat mm. kaapelit, liittimet, kannettavien laukut/reput, kuuloke-mikrofonit, ulkoiset tallennusasemat, tietoturvasuojat. Hankinnassa perustetaan enintään kolmen toimittajan puitejärjestely.
