Description

COA wijzigt een reeds bestaande overeenkomst met een beroep op artikel 2.163e Aw 2012. De omvang van de opdracht wordt gewijzigd met een beroep op artikel 2.163 e Aw 2012. Onder deze omstandigheden kan COA de waarde van de overeenkomst verhogen tot € 750.000,- exclusief omzetbelasting (de oorspronkelijke opdrachtwaarde van € 500.000 plus de ophoging van € 50.000). De vrij besteedbare ruimte neemt daardoor toe tot € 250.000,- exclusief omzetbelasting.
