Die GESOBAU plant in ihren Wohnhausgruppen WHG 1311, WHG 1316, WHG 10416 und WHG 1504 in 12629 Berlin komplexe Modernisierungsmaßnahmen und Teilmodernisierungen im Rahmen der Klimastrategie im bewohnten Zustand durchzuführen. Die vier WHGs bestehen aus insgesamt vier Gebäudekomplexen mit 18 Aufgängen, 156 Wohneinheiten mit ca. 10.611 m² Nutzfläche. Die Gebäude stehen nicht unter Denkmalschutz und liegen in keinem sozialen Erhaltungsgebiet.
