Die GESOBAU AG plant in ihrer Wohnhausgruppe WHG 1308 in der Tschaikowskistraße 14 in 13156 Berlin den Bau von vier Neubauten mit einem Generalplaner durchzuführen. Die Neubauten sollen als 4-geschossige Baukörper mit einer geplanten Wohnfläche von ca. 1.562 m² realisiert werden. Es sollen Wohnungsneubauten errichtet werden, die sich insbesondere durch kostengünstiges und effektives Bauen auszeichnen. Die Zulässigkeit des Vorhabens richtet sich nach § 34 BauGB.
