Durchführung eines Verhandlungsverfahrens mit vorheriger EU-weiter Bekanntmachung im Oberschwellenbereich gemäß § 31 Abs 5 BVergG zum Abschluss eines unbefristeten Rahmenvertrages mit einem Unternehmen zur Beschaffung eines meteorologischen Produktions- und Wetter-Multi-Hazard-Systems: Entwicklung und Bereitstellung eines softwarebasierten Systems zur Erkennung, Bewertung und Kommunikation meteorologischer Gefahrenlagen sowie zur automatisierten Erstellung von Produkten.
