Description
De Opdracht omvat de uitbesteding van het beheer van de werkplek. Om de continuïteit van het werkplekbeheer op de langere termijn te waarborgen beoogt dit project de dienst werkplekbeheer uit te besteden aan een gespecialiseerde dienstverlener. De devices en de workspace worden door het CAK zelf aangeschaft, ingericht en uitgeleverd. In afgeronde aantallen: • 1.000 laptops in gebruik, 50 op voorraad. De laptops zijn van verschillende merken. • 5 desktops/fat clients • 600 smartphones, waarvan 550 in gebruik en 50 (vooral oude) op voorraad • 10 tablets • 1.000 VDI werkplekken Hiermee worden circa 1.200 medewerkers gefaciliteerd (internen en externen). De geraamde opdrachtwaarde is circa € 350.000 exclusief btw per jaar. De geraamde waarde voor de gehele looptijd (initiële duur en alle verlengingsopties) is € 2.800.000,- exclusief btw.
