Description
The procurement includes housing and welfare services for a man who has been sentenced to detention and who has been decided to be paroleed in accordance with the government financed parole, cf. point 1.2.4. The user shall be subject to 24 hour inspections. The tenderer shall, in cooperation with The Norwegian Correctional Service ensure that the user is subject to the conditions stipulating by the court. The residential measures shall be located in Troms county and it is desirable to be close to Tromsø municipality.
