De aan te besteden opdracht wordt als volgt gedefinieerd: onderhouden, doorontwikkelen (zowel op gebruiksvriendelijkheid, technisch (front-end en back-end) als visueel) van de website studiekeuze123.nl. De omvang van de opdracht is maximaal (structureel) €80.000,- inclusief btw per jaar voor onderhoud, beheer en doorontwikkeling. Voor innovatieve projecten geïnitieerd en beschreven door Studiekeuze123 is er maximaal €80.000,- inclusief btw per jaar beschikbaar. De omvang van de opdracht is zo nauwkeurig mogelijk bepaald. Indien het bedrag voor onderhoud, beheer en doorontwikkeling wordt bijgesteld, treedt Studiekeuze123 in overleg met de opdrachtnemer om te bepalen welke werkzaamheden nog binnen het beschikbaar gestelde bedrag passen.
