Die Stadt Paderborn schreibt die Wartung für ein vorhandenes TK-System mit Kollaboration und einer Contact Center Lösung vom Typ Open Scape Voice mit Open Scape UC und Open Scape Contact Center mit ComDesk Client des Herstellers Mitel, ehemals Unify, aus. Das System wird im georedundanten RZs des AG auf beigestellter VMware betrieben. An einigen Standorten sind lokale Gateways mit Notfunktionen zur Aufschaltung von Amtszugängen vorhanden. Der AG hat ebenfalls einen administrativen Zugang und führt Konfigurationsänderungen selbstständig durch.
