Gegenstand des Vertrages sind Wartung, Inspektion und kleine Instandsetzungsarbeiten (bis zu einer Wertgrenze von 3000 €) nach DIN 31051 an den Rauch- und Wärmeabzugsanlagen und deren Komponentenen: 1. Forumsfassade Trapezfenster-Drehflügel, Typ: RWA-LSC, Baujahr: 2004, mit Nachtauskühlung, Typ: RWA -LSC, Baujahr: 2004, und weiteren Bestandteilen: - 26 St. Kettenantrieben KA 300 für Trapezfenster - Drehflügel- Fassade - 26 St. Öffnungselementen Drehflügel - 5 St. RWA - Kettenantrieben KA 50/300 - 7 St. RWA - Kettenantrieben KA 50/600 - 6 St. RWA - Kettenantrieben KA 50/900 - 36 St. Verriegelungen VLD 50/038 - 16 St. VLD 5 1/038 BSY+ - 4 St. KA 34/1000 Hub 900 BSY+ - 3 St. KA 34/600 BSY+ - 1 St. KA 34/350 Hub 300 BSY+, die Antriebe werden über eine RWA- Zentrale RZN via Service-Software betrieben, bzw. - 4 St. Antrieben Nachtauskühlung / Außenfassade für 4 Stockwerke mit insgesamt 464 St. Drehklappen 36x500, mit insgesamt 876 St. RWA- Antrieben KA 22/420, mit 52 St. RWA-Antrieben CDC 0 252-0500 und jeweils der GLT-Ansteuerung.
