Gegenstand dieses Verfahrens ist die wiederkehrende Wartung und Inspektion, nachstehend als Wartung bezeichnet, sowie kleine Instandsetzungsarbeiten an den in den Bestandslisten B1 und B2 bezeichneten Treppen und Leitern, nachfolgend auch als Anlagen bezeichnet, am Standort der DGUV in St. Augustin.
