Gegenstand dieses Vertrages ist die wiederkehrende Wartung und Inspektion, nachstehend als Wartung bezeichnet, sowie kleine Instandsetzungsarbeiten an den in der Bestandsliste (B 1 - Bestandsliste Türen und Tore) bezeichneten Türen und Toren, nachfolgend auch als Anlagen bezeichnet, am Standort der DGUV in St. Augustin.
