Description
Gemeente Zutphen ontwikkelt, in samenwerking met haar ketenpartners de lokale energiecoöperatie Zutphen Energie (ZE), Firan, Woonbedrijf ieder1 en Rijkswaterstaat, het warmteproject Componistenbuurt. In het project is de IJssel de hoofdbron voor een warmtepomp in de wijk. Met de warmtepomp wordt een MT-warmtenet gevoed dat ruim 700 flatwoningen en grondgebonden woningen van warmte zal voorzien. Ongeveer 75% van de woningen is in bezit van Woonbedrijf ieder1 – het restant is particulier bezit. Ook zes kleinere utiliteitsgebouwen zullen worden aangesloten.
