Description

Het RIVM gaat medio Q2-2025 beginnen met verhuizen naar haar nieuwe pand op het USP-U terrein. Ook in de periode tot aan de verhuizing blijft het RIVM zich richten op het optimaal ondersteunen van de medewerkers om flexibel en hybride vanuit de huidige locatie in Bilthoven te kunnen werken. Een warme drankenvoorziening wordt algemeen gezien als een basisvoorziening en is dus essentieel om werken op het USP-B terrein mogelijk te maken. Award criteria

• Cost — Het RIVM wenst een zo groot mogelijk percentage gerefurbishte apparaten aangeboden te krijgen. Indien de Inschrijver ervoor kiest nieuwe apparaten aan te bieden sluit dat de Inschrijving niet uit.…
• Cost — Het RIVM wenst een zo groot mogelijk beschikbaarheid van apparaten te realiseren. De maximale oplostijd voor eerste lijns storingen is als Eis opgenomen en bedraagt maximaal 4 uur.
