Description
Der Kommunale Immobilien Service (KIS) beabsichtigt im Auftrag der Landeshauptstadt Potsdam am Schulstandort der Waldstadt-Grundschule (27) die Errichtung eines Schulerweiterungsneubaus mit ca. 8.145 m² BGF. Der geplante Neubau wird im Untergeschoss eine 2-Feld-Sporthalle mit 2-geschossiger Überbauung für Unterrichtsräume umfassen, und über einen 3-geschossigen, für Schulverwaltung genutzten, Verbindungsbau an den Altbestand angebunden.
