Dieser umfasst den Standort Europaplatz mit den Verwaltungsgebäuden A, B, C und der Tiefgarage, den Standort Homburger Str. 17, den Standort Am Straßbach 1, sowie den Standort Pfingsweide 7. Am Standort Verwaltungsgebäude B, Europaplatz, ist zusätzlich der Pfortendienst zu erbringen.
