Description
Gemeentebelastingen Kennemerland Zuid (GBKZ) heft en int belastingen voor de gemeenten Bloemendaal, Heemstede en Zandvoort en wenst een nieuwe waarderingsapplicatie voor het herwaarderingsproces. De opdracht bestaat uit de aanschaf, implementatie, technisch applicatiebeheer en onderhoud van een waarderingsapplicatie voor het uitvoeren van het herwaarderingsproces (voor woningen, courante niet-woningen, agrarische en incourante objecten en overige), permanente marktanalyse en afhandeling van bezwaren en beroepen. De gemeente Bloemendaal heeft 11.233 WOZ-objecten, de gemeente Heemstede heeft 14.271 WOZ-objecten en de gemeente Zandvoort heeft 12.096 WOZ-objecten. De peildatum is 01-01-2021.
