Description
DCO is een verzameling van publiekrechtelijke instellingen op het gebied van onderwijs, cultuur en wetenschappen in Zuid-West Nederland. De complexe inkooptrajecten voert het inkoopnetwerk uit voor deze instellingen om zo aanbestedingskosten te delen en volume, inkoop- en materiekennis te bundelen waardoor inkoop- en efficiencyvoordelen kunnen worden behaald. Daarnaast bevordert het inkoopnetwerk onder meer de ontwikkeling van de expertise van de leden, het professionaliseren van inkoop- en aanbestedingstrajecten en het verbeteren van inkoopcontracten. Op dit moment zijn 14 instellingen aangesloten bij het DCO Inkoopnetwerk. Per aanbesteding kunnen instellingen inschrijven wanneer zij wensen deel te nemen aan de betreffende aanbesteding. Deze participerende instellingen worden ‘deelnemende instellingen’ genoemd. Het aantal deelnemende instellingen kan dus per aanbesteding verschillen. Aan deze aanbesteding, waar de deelnemende instellingen het doel hebben elk een overeenkomst te sluiten met een partij voor het schoonmaakonderhoud van de betreffende gebouwen, doen de volgende instellingen mee: Calvijn College HZ University of Applied Sciences Scalda Stichting Voor
