Ministrstvo za infrastrukturo, Nacionalni center za upravljanje prometa (NCUP) bo izvedlo implementacijo Nacionalne evidence zapor (NEZ), s katero želi zagotoviti popolne informacije o načrtovanih in izvajanih zaporah na celotnem cestnem omrežju. Informacije o zaporah se bodo stekale v zaledni sistem NCUP od upravljavcev cestne infrastrukture (DRSI, DARS, občine) in do nacionalne točke dostopa do prometnih podatkov (NAP).
