Description
Predmet naročila je vzpostavitev in zagon informacijskega portala e-Kultura in razvoj orodja za zajemanje podatkov s pomočjo umetne inteligence. Javno naročilo je razdeljeno na dva sklopa. SKLOP 1 je namenjen vzpostavitvi in zagonu enotnega informacijskega portala e-Kultura, digitalnemu podpornemu okolju za področji kulture in umetnosti. SKLOP 2 je namenjen razvoju orodja za zajemanje podatkov s pomočjo umetne inteligence, katerega cilj je zagotoviti dostop do kakovostnih novic in dogodkov na področju kulture in bo v ta namen uporabljen na portalu e-Kultura. Predmet naročila je podrobneje opredeljen v Tehničnih specifikacijah.
