Description

Cilj javnega naročila je, da se z nadgradnjo obstoječega informacijskega sistema (IS IDACS) na nacionalnem portalu nacionalna točka dostopa (NAP) vzpostavi nov informacijski sistem (IS AFIR), ki bo omogočal izpolnjevanje zavez iz: o EU Uredbe 1804/2023 o vzpostavitvi infrastrukture za alternativna goriva ter razveljavitvi Direktive 2014/94/EU (AFIR); o EU delegiranih in izvedbene uredbe k EU uredbi AFIR glede standardov, aplikacijskega programskega vmesnika (API) ter vrst podatkov o polnilnih in oskrbovalnih mestih za alternativna goriva (AG) za izmenjavo s portalom NAP; o nacionalnega Zakona o vzpostavitvi infrastrukture za AG in spodbujanju prehoda na AG v prometu (ZIAG) ter podzakonskih aktov po tem zakonu.
