Predmet javnega naročila je vzpostavitev dinamičnega nabavnega sistema za nakup in dobavo energijsko učinkovite računalniške in videokonferenčne opreme. Naročnik bo izvedel postopek s katerim bo vzpostavil dinamični nabavni sistem (v nadaljevanju DNS) za obdobje treh (3) let. Naročnik si pridržuje možnost spremembe obdobja veljavnosti DNS.
