Sklop 1: Aplikacija za projektno vodenje – Predmet naročila za sklop 1 je pridobitev informacijske rešitve za vodenje IT projektov na ravni posameznega organa državne uprave, in sicer z nakupom licence za obstoječo rešitev in prilagoditvijo ali z razvojem nove informacijske rešitve po meri naročnika. Sklop 2: Aplikacija za vodenje portfelj projektov – Predmet naročila za sklop 2 je razvoj informacijske rešitve za upravljanje portfelja projektov in investicij v IT po meri naročnika, ki bo namenjena spremljanju, načrtovanju in usklajevanju projektnega portfelja v vseh organih državne/javne uprave Republike Slovenije.
