Predmet javnega naročila je izvedba vzorčenja nadzemne žive in odmrle biomase ter tal v gozdovih skladno z metodologijo poročanja, po IPCC 2006 ter EU Uredbo (EU) 2018/841 in Uredbo (EU) 2023/839, ter v skladu s projektno nalogo, št. 430-153/2024.
