Predmet javnega naročila zajema vzdrževanje programskega vmesnika Secunet Biomiddle, izvedbo nadgradnje licence za modul za prepoznavo obraza (modul face QA) in plačilo pristojbine za ponovno vzpostavitev vzdrževanja (reinstatement fee). Storitve vzdrževanja programskega vmesnika, ki jih bo izvajalec izvajal na daljavo, vključujejo: - odpravo napak v delovanju programske opreme, - redne posodobitve, popravke, nadgradnje in prenose novih verzij programske opreme Biomiddle in vseh podprtih programskih komponent, ko so le-te na voljo, - pomoč in podporo pri nameščanju in integraciji novih verzij v naročnikovo okolje, - pomoč in podporo pri reševanju odkritih napak ali nedelovanju posameznih komponent, - pomoč in podporo pri integraciji novih verzij biometrične knjižnice USK/Morphokit.
