Predmet naročila je vzdrževanje, nadgradnja in tehnična podpora laboratorijskega informacijskega sistema (LABIS). Podrobnejša specifikacija predmeta naročila je razvidna iz Tehničnih specifikacij, obrazca Ponudba – ponudbeni predračun, osnutka Pogodbe ter drugih relevantnih delov razpisne dokumentacije. Ponudnik mora ponuditi predmet javnega naročila v celoti. Naročnik bo izbral ekonomsko najugodnejšo ponudbo za celotno javno naročilo. Naročnik ima za javno naročilo zagotovljena sredstva. Ponudbo, ki bo presegala višino zagotovljenih sredstev, bo naročnik zavrnil kot nedopustno.
