Description
Scope van de opdracht De scope betreft het (deels) aanleggen en beheren van een minimale first-in first-out voorraad en het zekerstellen van een productiefaciliteit in Nederland voor chirurgische mondneusmaskers type IIR en FFP2 (perceel 1 en 2) inclusief de bevoorrading van de benodigde grondstoffen (onder andere, maar niet uitsluitend meltblown, elastieken en neusbeugels), waardoor dit in voldoende hoeveelheid aangelegd en beschikbaar is. Hierdoor kan direct worden opgeschaald om gedurende een jaar minimaal 50% van het piekverbruik in de Nederlandse zorg te kunnen produceren. First-in-first-out voorraad De productiefaciliteit in Nederland dient te beschikken over een minimale first-in first-out voorraad. Voor FFP2 mondneusmaskers bedraagt deze minimale voorraad 500.000 stuks, voor IIR mondneusmaskers zijn dat er minimaal 3.500.000 stuks. VWS is eigenaar van deze first-in-first-out (hierna: fifo) voorraad mondmaskers. Voor deze fifo voorraad is de beschikking over voldoende opslagruimte noodzakelijk.
