Description
VTS-kodit kilpailutti pienkorjaussopimuksensa. Pienkorjaussopimuksen kohteena ovat lyhytkestoiset rakennustekniset pienkorjaukset, niiden laadukas ja asukaslähtöinen toteuttaminen työtehtävälle asetetussa vasteajassa VTS-kotien asunnoissa, yleisissä tiloissa ja piha-alueilla. Pienkorjauksia toteuttavat nimetyt kokoaikaisesti tätä sopimusta toteuttavat vastuuhenkilöt eli nk. aluekorjaajat, joilla on omat vastuukiinteistönsä.
