Description
Gemeente Hilversum zet, vanwege het aflopen van het huidige contract voor Centric Leefomgeving (CLO), een zo integraal mogelijke ICT-oplossing voor de VTH-processen in de markt via een openbare Europese aanbesteding. Doel is om tijdig te beschikken over een betrouwbare, toekomstbestendige en goed beheerbare voorziening die aansluit op de gemeentelijke doelarchitectuur en wet- en regelgeving. De aan te besteden Opdracht betreft ten minste: a) het als Software-as-a-Service leveren en ter beschikking stellen van de ICT-oplossing; b) het technisch implementeren van de ICT-oplossing inclusief de benodigde koppelingen; c) het organisatorisch implementeren van de ICT-oplossing in samenwerking met Opdrachtgever; d) het initieel opleiden en/of instrueren van de medewerkers van Opdrachtgever; e) het technisch beheren en technisch en functioneel onderhouden van de ICT-oplossing; f) het leveren van ondersteuning voor het beheer door en gebruik van Opdrachtgever.
