Description
De gemeente Haarlemmermeer is voornemens een overeenkomst te sluiten met IHCP hotels. De opdracht loopt van 1 maart 2027 tot en met 4 maart 2028 met de optie van driemaal een verlenging van één jaar. De opdracht betreft het beschikbaar stellen van opvangcapaciteit voor Oekraïense ontheemden binnen de gemeente Haarlemmermeer voor circa 321 personen in 150 kamers. In de opdracht is het volgende inbegrepen: - gebruik algemene ruimtes; - drie maaltijden per dag, inclusief koffie/thee/water; - wekelijkse linnenservice; - wekelijkse schoonmaak badkamers; - internet in alle kamers en de algemene ruimtes; - 50 parkeerplaatsen; - beveiliging in de nacht (20:00 – 06:00 uur). circa 321 personen in 150 kamers
