Description
Het toevoegen van 11 zelfstandige woonunits aan de al bestaande 24 zelfstandige woonunits is geen losstaand nieuwbouwproject, maar een technische uitbreiding en herontwikkeling van een bestaande, door De Maatschap BV als hoofdaannemer gerealiseerde woonlocatie. De nieuwe werkzaamheden moeten constructief, bouwkundig, installatietechnisch, brandveilig en functioneel aansluiten op het bestaande systeem. Een uitgebreidere motivering voor de keuze van deze procedure is als bijlage opgenomen. Het gaat om het toevoegen van 11 zelfstandige woonunits.
