Description
Dit is een vrijwillige transparantie vooraf betreffende de levering voor serologische analysers voor infectieziekten t.b.v. Radboudumc. Het patiëntenzorg laboratorium van de afdeling Medische Microbiologie heeft op dit moment een serologische analyser in gebruik die op basis van Chemoluminescentie antistoffen tegen verschillende micro-organismen kan aantonen. Door de toegenomen productie is de capaciteit van deze analyser te klein en is er geen ruimte tot uitbreiding. Bovendien kan deze analyser monsters alleen batchgewijs verwerken en kan het bepaalde testen niet tegelijk verwerken, wat nadelig is voor efficiëntie en turnaround-time. Er is gezocht naar een alternatief systeem met een grotere (random-access) capaciteit die de huidige set aan testen (tegelijk) kan verrichten en mogelijk heeft om de huidige diagnostiek uit te breiden qua aantal materialen en soort testen.
