Description
De gemeente wil een softwarepakket dat zowel meerjarig kan begroten, budgetten kan beheren als ook binnen de applicatie documenten kan opstellen ten behoeve van de P&C-cyclus. Op basis van marktonderzoek is de gemeente van mening dat er slechts één partij op de markt die een software-oplossing biedt die hieraan voldoet. De jaarlijkse kosten zullen ongeveer € 19.500,- zijn. Dit zijn de licentiekosten van het standaardpakket inclusief implementatie- en consultancykosten. Daarnaast bevat de overeenkomst die de gemeente wenst af te sluiten, de optie om na ongeveer 2 jaar de applicatie uit te breiden met een activamodule met een geraamde opdrachtwaarde van € 20.000,- per jaar.
