Description
Het Radboudumc heeft de markt onderzocht voor functioneel equivalente oplossingen voor DNA-extractie en real-time PCR binnen de moleculaire diagnostiek van medische microbiologie. De huidige workflow omvat pipetteerrobots, extractieapparatuur en qPCR-instrumenten, gekoppeld via middleware en LIS. Het doel is vervanging van 2 nucleïnezuur extractieplatforms (96-wells) en 4 qPCR-analyzers, met behoud van integratie binnen huidig moleculair diagnostisch platform en doorlooptijd. De systemen moeten minimaal 5 jaar bewezen ingezet zijn ten behoeve van medisch microbiologische moleculaire diagnostiek in een ISO 15189 geaccrediteerd laboratorium of gelijkwaardige accreditatie. Dit geldt ook voor de integratie met bestaande middleware en LIS (AuroraFlow ↔ GLIMS/HL7).
