Description
Quirem Medical B.V. heeft beslist haar bedrijfsactiviteiten stop te zetten. Diverse laboratoriumbenodigdheden kunnen niet worden herbestemd en heeft derhalve geen operationele, commerciële of strategische waarde meer voor Quirem. Gelet op het specifiek ontwerp is het enkel geschikt in combinatie met Quirem-producten. Het Radboudumc verricht onderzoek waarvoor de laboratoriumbenodigdheden nuttig kunnen worden aangewend. Quirem heeft beslist de eigendom van de laboratoriumbenodigdheden over te dragen aan Radboud, tegen betaling van een symbolische vergoeding van één euro.
