Description
Sportbedrijf Rotterdam heeft een raamovereenkomst voor 4 jaar afgesloten met Sports Labs B.V. voor de diensten ten behoeve van veldkeuringen aan te besteden door middel van een onderhandelingsprocedure zonder aankondiging ex. artikel 2.32 eerste lid onder b van de Aanbestedingswet 2012 op basis van het ontbreken van mededinging om technische redenen. Het betreft het keuren van voetbal-, hockey- en korfbalvelden en het keuren van Tennis/padelbanen, honk-en softbalvelden, handbalveld, rugbyveld en atletiekbanen. Er zijn slechts 4 partijen geaccrediteerd om deze keuringen in Nederland te doen volgens noc nsf. Er bestaat geen redelijk alternatief of substituut.
