Description
Afdeling Laboratoriumgeneeskunde heeft momenteel meerdere flowcytometrie apparatuur in gebruik, waaronder één Aquios CL systeem (fabr. Beckman Coulter). Dit systeem wordt ingezet in de patiënten diagnostiek en veelvuldig ingezet. Het systeem wordt onder andere ingezet voor automatische bepaling van TBNK cellen en automatische CD34 stamcelbepalingen (beiden inclusief absolute getallen). Uit de Europees gepubilceerde marktconsultatie (T96660) is gebleken dat enkel Beckman Coulter kan van voldoen aan de gestelde eisen/eigenschappen aan het te leveren systeem.
