Description
Binnen deafdelingMedicalBiosciences (MBS) worden patiëntenmet het LYNCHsyndroombehandeld met dendritischecel vaccinaties. Deze dendritischecel vaccinaties worden geproduceerd in decleanroomvanMBS/Radboud UMC. Omdejuiste cellen te kunnen isoleren isereen gesloten systeemapparaat noodzakelijk. Momenteel gebruikt RadboudumceenCliniMACS Prodigy voor deze isolaties. Het huidigesysteemis ouder dan 10 jaaren toeaan vervanging. Omdezereden is Radboudumc naar passend vervangend systeem inclusief bijbehorend onderhoud. Uit de Europees gepubilceerde marktconsultatie (221778972) is gebleken dat enkel Miltenyi Biotec b.v. kan van voldoen aan de gestelde eisen/eigenschappen aan het televeren systeem.
