AQUON wil middels deze aankondiging van vrijwillige transparantie vooraf, marktpartijen informeren over het voornemen om één op één een raamovereenkomst af te sluiten voor de levering van biotamonitoringdiensten. AQUON is voornemens deze raamovereenkomst af te sluiten met de partijen Ecofide en Wageningen University & Research (WUR), welke in gezamenlijkheid de opdracht zullen uitvoeren. Vanwege een gelijke inkoopbehoefte zal AQUON - min of meer - gelijktijdig met een ander waterlaboratorium deze vrijwillige transparantie vooraf publiceren. Zie document vrijwillige transparantie.
