Het NFI maakt haar voornemen bekend om een paired-end sequencing-by-synthesis apparaat aan te schaffen ter vervanging van de huidige apparatuur. Benodigde technische specificaties. De volgende technische specificaties zijn onmisbaar: - Gebruikte methode Sequening by synthesis; - Read lenght: 2x 300 bp paired-end sequencing; - Read accurancy: majority of bases (>70%) higher than Q30; - Output: ca 15 Gb; - ‘Open’ systeem Uit de marktverkenning is gebleken dat een apparaat dat volledig voldoet aan de behoeftes, eisen en wensen van het NFI slechts door één leverancier (Illumina) geleverd kan worden. 1
