Dit betreft de publicatie in geval van vrijwillige transparantie voorafgaand aan de definitieve gunning van de opdracht voor GOS-RIT aan Certus Port Automation B.V. Een uitgebreide toelichting is opgenomen als bijlage bij deze publicatie 'Motivatie Vrijwillige transparantie GOS 1.0'. Opdrachtgever doet hierbij een beroep op artikel 2.32 lid 1 onderdeel a van de Aanbestedingswet 2012. Het leveren en implementeren van een GOS-Oplossing bestaande uit GOS-Applicaties, applicatiekoppelingen, bekabeling en GOS-Fysieke componenten om Vervoermiddelen toestemming te geven een afgesloten terrein op te komen en te verlaten. Met inbegrip van Beheer, Onderhoud, Support en Opleidingen.
