Description
Lepingu esemeks on vormiriiete (edaspidi ka tooted) õmblemine Tallinna Kiirabi töötajatele ning nende kohale toimetamine tellija asukohta alusdokumentides ette nähtud tingimustel. Lepingu eseme tehniline kirjeldus on esitatud alusdokumendi lisas 1. Pakkumuse esitamise eelduseks on hankija asukohas vormiriiete näidistega tutvumine. Tutvumiskohustuse täitmata jätmisel jätab hankija pakkumuse läbi vaatamata vastavalt RHS § 111 lg 7.
