Gegenstand dieses Vertrags ist die Bereitstellung und Betreuung der digitalen Arbeitsplatzausstattung vor Ort, wie z.B. Aufbau, Umzug, Ergänzung, Veränderung und Abbau der relevanten Hardwarekomponenten, sowie die dafür benötigten Unterstützungsprozesse, wie Lagerhaltung, Assetmanagement, Auftragsabwicklung und z.T. Reparaturdienstleistungen. Verbindliche Umsatzvolumen werden nicht garantiert. Der Auftraggeber wird in der Vertragslaufzeit als eingetragene Gesellschaft bürgerlichen Rechts firmieren.
