Description
De opdracht betreft de aansturing en realisatie van het programma “Implementatie SCN”. Het betreft de planvorming, de regievoering op de uit te voeren werkzaamheden, de rapportage over voortgang, risicomanagement en budgetuitnutting, het management van de informatiestromen. E.e.a. is samen te brengen in de rollen programmadirectie, centraal programmamanagement “verandermanagement” en Programma Management Office. Gezien de complexiteit van het programma “Implementatie SCN” is adequate sturing en monitoring op de programmamanagementprocessen (financieel management, risicomanagement, informatievoorziening en rapportage) een noodzakelijke voorwaarde. Betreft het realiseren van een Epic Connect omgeving in de periode december 2025 tot en met juli 2027
